This shot is somewhat underexposed. Not enough of an interesting skyline to warrant its inclusion into the shot. The sky does look rather varied and interesting, I wish you had increased the levels or curves a bit to bring out the shades of light.

I don't think this fits very well with the challenge theme or if it does, I am not getting it (Too obtuse :)
