Fishin' with dadby TimComment: Tim this is great! I know what you mean about wishing to get the whole shadow in the photo, but I wouldn't dwell on it too much, you have caught a great father son moment. I also like the tacklebox. As for technicals,(these are serious nitpicks, take them as mere suggestions). I like how you have such a shallow DoF with a shot into the sun, you must of had a really fast shutterspeed. Maybe if you were shooting this again, shoot from a lower angle to give more of feeling from the son's perspective. This has a "fishing with son" feel to it more than "Fishing with Dad" :). I would like to say the composition isn't perfect with the son centered, but the more I look I like, it gives a more candid, caught the moment feel rather than a set up shot. I like it. BTW, I have been skipped to in that thread ;P

Urban Series 3by rasdubComment: I think of the series you have three with very similar poses, with the model standing centerish frame, maybe try to find some other poses, I like this one, but some other poses would help I think. Just a suggestion :) |

No Entryby rasdubComment: the urban capture as you can part of me likes the tilted door, the symmetric perfectionist part of me wants to see that door perfectly up and down. :) |

Prismby rasdubComment: I don't know who tags Prism, or what its about, but I see it around alot. I think you have alittle toom much space at the top. I may crop just above where the prism window is to brung everything alittle closer. |

Transamerica At Night Blog.jpgby rasdubComment: cool shot, I thought of going and doing some shot in SF, but somehow I ended up going to the otherside of the bay. I like how the railing to the fire escape on the far right is parallel to the transamerica building. |
