Mourning the lossby r0yalComment: A good photo of grief but the tilt to the right is makes me want to keep tilting my head as I look at it. Although I could understand that it may not be straight also. I really like the details in the cross and the photo appears with a slightly muted color scheme which makes me feel the disconnect the mourner would be going through. |

Naked Dreamsby librodoComment: I really like the image, it feels like a dream for sure. But I feel no emotion from the two people in the photo. Perhaps I miss it. I really like the red tones, it makes me feel like the heat has withered away their own protection from the sun. very interesting photo. |

Extremely Painful Fallby EssAreDubyaComment: This has to be two people! I like it, think an S-curve using curves would have added some more contrast to make the photo pop. Reminds me of doing crazy things as a kid with that great childhood friend. :) |

We wish to be outsideby mknaceComment: I wonder what they are looking at. I don't know if I would qualify this as an extreme emotion but this a great family candid for a family album. :) |

Decisions of the Heart by cheegirlComment: cool, like the Wizard of Oz! if I had one critique it would be to look at your levels, it seems to not really really have a true white and I think brightening up would have really helped this shot. That is my only critique though, the idea and composition are great. Feel free to PM me if you want me to show you what I mean :) |

Raptor/Protectorby DiamondPeteComment: oh man there is faces all over but I am sure(you know and have been told this over and over again) :). As an image seperate from the challenge I like it, I see similarities in the positions of the Raptor and protector and that pleases me. I really like all the details in the feathers. If I had one critique is that the white seem to have a very slight tint of cyan, but that could be me and I am nitpicking. I really wonder what could be going on off screen that would make the handler look so surprised while holding an eagle.

Neonby roby21112Comment: real simple and effective, I hope not too many say you can see the face and you are scoring well. I like how the emotion is left up to the viewer and not explicitly fed to us. one of my favorites so far. |

My father was the pilot...by OculusComment: very strong image, I like the use of lighting here and I really like the see through reflections of the memorial, also the top line of the memorial leads me into the faces of the two individuals. Real good use of lines. I think this will do well, good work. a small part of me feels like this is a bit set up but I am not voting anyways. even if set up it still is a good example of what the challenge wanted. |

Emotions in stoneby bibuComment: I am sure by now you have 18 comments telling you you put a face in a faceless challenge so I will leave that alone. The black and white conversion is really nice and the tones work well. This appears to have been a small crop as it is abit noisy, not that that isn't what you were going for but what I see when I first look. From a composition standpoint my eye is drawn to the ear and nose from rule of thirds where the thirds cross thats what i focus on. however there does seem to be a lot of emotion in the statue. |

Pure Blissby CamComment: as i look through the photos in this challenge I wonder what each person's definition of an extreme emotion is. For me Bliss is not but perhaps to you it is. To me this photo needs a little more contrast, shadows and darker areas are a bit too bright. I also wonder why these two sat behind the tree, it seems like they couldn't see the water fall clearly. :) It looks like a great little hide away. Just my opinion, I am not voting just commenting.
