hey, i think this is a really good start. i think the composition is too centered and would be more dramatic with her further left. you can also do some post-processing on the eyes and teeth to make them brighter.

a good way to get a natural pose is to not have her look 90 degrees to one side. have her turn her body about a 1/4 turn away from you and then look at the camera. then her neck won't be so twisty (which, to me, is the most unnatural looking part). :)

i would try to adjust the perspective of this a little bit so the building isn't so leany. and i'd clone out the sign on the side because that really interferes with the "timelessness" of the shot. great coloring and contrast, though. :)
