I find the tree at the top a bit distracting. Perhaps you could rather have included a bit more of the dirty water.

I think you should have moved around a bit to get the whole word litter in. It would also have got rid of that bench (?) that looks like some sort of strange handle sticking out of the bin. Great idea though.
