I love this photo but it has some technical problems (probably camera-related) around the divisions between black and white. I have found that desaturating, then darkening, certain colours helps here. In this case you could desaturate blue and cyan, but there is nothing that can be done about the red and yellow.

Sorry if I'm not very clear here, but I don't know what the terms are for these defects.
