I gave this an 8. We seem to have the same affinities for tonality, blur and running in the rain looks very natural. As the Tourist said, it resonated.
Didn't like the title much, though :).

In my voting list you were beaten only by jmritz's butt shot - sorry :). Awesome image, perfect counterpointing. I like how the reflection crosses over to the shadow arrow, for me that is the strongest part of the composition, adding a breaking point and making you wonder.
I've read about the color shift, don't know about that but colors look just fabulous. Cestitam! :-)
