One of my top 5, what is it doing down here in the middle of the pack? At least the folks who commented during the challenge know a thing or two. And you got less 1 votes than I did in the other challenge.

i quite like the lines and curves - i wonder if more detail throughout would have made this feel more like Weston

Original thinking! Nice. The only thing I have is the lack of DOF. 8 for original thinking and good execution in this challenge.

Awesome. At first I thought it was a gourd, but now I'm thinking it's a swan digging in the water. That reaction alone I think demonstrates a great recreation of Weston's approach. I especially like that your subject is so different from what I have seen him do. That said I think your shot has too much depth with the back being out of focus. Still, I really like it.
