Overexposing Underexposureby jimmythefishComment: Brilliant focus and tones. I love the way shapes just randomly pop out of the blackness. Great job. The only thing I'm not sure I like is how abruptly the guitar ends on the bottom of the picture. |

DC Gridlock!by tracyanderson66Comment: This shot works really well in sepia. I'm certain that if it were in color, there'd be way too much going on and too many colors for me to appreciate the great shapes and tones you've captured. |

Water level on the rise againby jjbeguinComment: This image didn't really strike me at first, but right before I clicked my vote it really hit me. The contrast of space and color here is really outstanding, and even with such a narrow window of composition, it tells the entire story. Great job getting into the shoes of a photojournalist. |

Player throws himself into the gameby artemis8Comment: The action in this shot is great, but I'm having a tough time figuring out what's going on. There's a lot of stuff in focus, and it's tough to isolate the action. Obviously, a slightly faster shutter speed would have been ideal. |

Over the Top.... !!Touchdown!!by risu81Comment: This is an excellent subject and an excellent moment to capture for the challenge. The focus is just a little off, and obviously a slightly faster shutter speed would have been ideal. Good job. |

Drug Bustby hblakeComment: What was your deciding factor in choosing to go to black and white? The image seems to be lacking a lot of the middle tones, and as such isn't very appealing. |
