I thought of an idea along these lines (no pun intended!) This is very clever, but something about the final composition doesn't work for me. I suspect because you felt that you needed to show more of the scene to prove that this is a real shot....

This would be cool under advanced editing, where perhaps you could desatuarate the scene within the TV.
