I was just browsing the family gallery, and came across this delightful gem, that somehow I missed during the challenge. I just love this shot. Some good comments that maybe could of meant a slightly higher score, but this is really great. Any parent should instantly relate, and find the magic in this image! I can't believe I'm the first to fave it.

Very lovely photo. I really like how you've done it all in whites and light tones. Has a very touching feel to it. I agree with the cc, I think putting a light gaussian blur, for a soft focus look might be a nice touch for an alternate version. Very nice shot thought, very nice indeed.

Wowsers Neil! I am totally with graphicfunk. The foreground bushes and those leaves just reach out and grab you, and then this dead solid comp, and those lines, and the tones and color, ...just takes your eyes and draws you in, and in, and in, chasing that suhweet! vanishing point. A totally awesome, and very well deserved blue. I just can't believe you havn't already got one :-)Congrats! and Well done.

This is a great idea for a shot. Good color. The composition is very nice, and I think the leaves are a real nice touch. I think the lighting may be hurting the image a little though. It seems a little harsh, and therefore is causing some deep shadows, that to me feel detrimental to the photo. I think that a little more subdued and even light could strengthen the presentation here.
