pure lighting...by yaseminaComment: A nice exposure and focus. A very pleasant scene. I find it seems kind of busy though as is, and my eye is not finding a strong focal point. I'm thinking that perhaps adding a major element to this scene would make a great photo, like maybe one person sitting at a table or something. |

Psalm-62.jpgby jpochardComment: I really like this collection of yours. Simply wonderful. You have matched images perfectly with verses. And stunning images they are too. I think this is my favorite of the bunch. A beautiful verse and a beautiful photo. I like how you used purple for the text, tying it in with the girls coat, a nice touch. I also really like the frosty effect around the edges. Like to know how that was done. It's a great composition. I've really enjoyed viewing these, thank-you for sharing :-) |

Corinthians-13-Full.jpgby jpochardComment: I like this shot. That is one of my favorite verses. Been highlighted in my Bible since I was a kid. I think that is a very fitting scene to go with it. I like the composition. I find it kind of unique, I don't know if I've ever seen a wedding shot quite like it. The holding hands obviously make the shot. It's a great perspective. I like how a nice vertical line is formed across the photo from the white gown and the black tux. The shot feels well balanced. It has a great 'poster' feel to it. |

Multiplicityby MaxheadrooMComment: I really like this shot. Focus is good. A great composition. A nice line formed by the row of apples and the seams. I also really like the lighting approach you've used. A good balanced feel between the blue and the shadow, split on a nice vertical by the apples. Nice job. |

Irresistableby zenelfComment: Beautiful image. A very nice choice of apple. The colors are great. I like the soft focus or gaussian blur here. Works very well for this photo IMO. Nice job. |

Mr. Appleheadby NikiHComment: This image gave me a nice chuckle. Very humorous. That's a great face you've made on him, and I like the offset hat, nice touch. Lighting and focus pretty good too by the way. Nice shot. |

Straight Arrowby gedisaComment: Hehehe, love the look on young "Williams" face :-) Using the red shirt is a nice touch, for some reason it just ties in well with the red apple and somehow just 'works'. Skin tone isn't too bad, but not great either. I wonder if perhaps the shot would be a tad stronger compositionally if the boy were centered on the tree? , but framing the image so that the boy and tree are still offset as you have the boy now, not centered in the photo. (sounds confusing, does that make sense???) |

Appleriseby yaesumofoComment: Interesting concept. Focus is good and you've lit the apple well for this idea. The 3 little lights in the bottom are kind of distracting. I think getting away from the centered composition would work better for this shot. Maybe framing or cropping using the rule of thirds in this case would strengthen the presentation, as well as eliminating the little lights. Another thought, with the title and the concept of this image, perhaps showing a little detail or horizon to add context would make for a stronger photo. |
