| Great idea, are the light trails below supposed to simulate stars. If so, I'd want them to be more clear. If not, I just find them distracting. |

I wish you would have named your image, 'Applelites'...since the lights in the background look like apples!! Not that it matters in voting, just thought I'd pass along my observations! Nice detail on your apple, btw. :)

| Interesting concept. Focus is good and you've lit the apple well for this idea. The 3 little lights in the bottom are kind of distracting. I think getting away from the centered composition would work better for this shot. Maybe framing or cropping using the rule of thirds in this case would strengthen the presentation, as well as eliminating the little lights. Another thought, with the title and the concept of this image, perhaps showing a little detail or horizon to add context would make for a stronger photo. |

| The apple seems too small in comparison with the background. The lighting of the apple is ok, although the 3 white spots are distracting. |
