I am not exactly sure why I like this, but I really do. The partially out of frame subject and look of the trees give me a sense of excitement at being so close to a wild animal. I like the bluish tint and white bands. Had I taken this picture I might have passed over it. Had I attempted to process it for submission I would probably have botched it. In your hands, it turned out really well.

I like the setting and lines on the man's stance. To me a black hat would have been better and perhaps a gas station that is less well lit. But, overall I like it.

...it was a hot evening, the low hum of the fans overhead made her feel sleepy...
