Ouch. I like the composition -- everyone but the injured party cut off at the thighs and the hand reaching down. It adds to the drama of the situation.

Good subject for B&W. I like the way one horn is pointing right at you and the other slightly up. The light horizontal lines -- were you shooting through a fence?
