I'll wager you've got a ribbon here. My shot which I think was pretty decent and elaborate is getting a 4. And you're getting my highest vote so far. Nice work.
Good clarity, the crystal clear water and sky reflection is captured excellently. Perhaps a bit of dodge/burn on the sky would improve. |

Poor focus. Otherwise this would be a 6 maybe seven if color tones were adjusted a bit nicer.
