1st: Thank you for your kind comments and for laughing with me!

2nd: Sorry for the confusion about the "blue thing". I didn't thought about, that it could be difficult to recognize in the photo. Of course it is a rubber frog!!!

3rd: I'm deeply grieved, that this of all my underwater shot got the highest score ;-)

***********************

I know, that this is one of the photos, which the world doesn't really need, but it was a funny shooting. The shot was taken in our bathtub with underwater photo equipment including an underwater strobe. The bubbles, wich are coming out of the mouth of the ducky, are generated by blowing air through a drinking straw, which was plugged into its neck. I removed the straw later in PS.

PP: cropped, removed the drinking straw and some other imperfections, levels and curves, color correction, some burning and dodging, resize, NI, USM, border

This is so funny...the look on that poor ducks face, complete with the bubbles coming out of his mouth...
Great imagination.

This photo is a really nice underwater shot and very funny. I keep trying to figure out what the blue thing is. Nice lighting.

Great underwater shot, funny, and fitting to the challenge. The bubbles and shadows are great. Hope it does well.

This is very interesting and well done. But...it is also difficult to understand what I am really looking at. The Ducky and the rock are clear enough, but the internal reflection at the top is causing most of the confusion. I am not sure what the blue item is and how it realtes to you subject. With all that being said, it is interesting and I do wonder how you achieved this POV.

There are some really beautiful light patterns being reflected in this shot! They really add something unique to the photo. I like that you have a good, creative composition and idea. I think perhaps the ducky would stand out better if there was just a little more light.....but as it looks like this was shot underwater that might have been hard :-)

Funny. What is the blue thing floating? Adds nice color touch, but makes me wonder what it is. Got it now, I see the frog.

Hehe! Nice humor ;D.

But cant just figure out what the blue thing is. I think something is required in order to give balance but IMHO the blue thing is not the best. Also compostition seems to be a bit off (off center, tilted) but maybe that's the thing givin viewer the impression of weirdness.

Nice humorous abstract picture with lots of elemenst! Saved my day totally!
