I almost missed this one....was going to score it fairly well but then it was like this ghost materialized. I swear it wasn't there till i turned my head and then i noticed it in my peripheal vision.

I'd have used some levels to take a good chunk of cyan out of this photo. in fact, i'd experiment trying to bring the sky to a orangish red sunsetu color just for the nobility of the cat

feels out of focus, perhaps you were going for soft focus...but it didn't quite work with me...

On the flip side, i scrolled down to write the comment which essentially cropped this photo to just the lower half. When this happened it works much much better softened. Try just cropping the bottom and let me know what you think.
