Incensesby bormicComment: You've taken something very "un photogenic" and proved that straight ugly sticks can be made into a wonderful image. Great use of the smoke and green background to make it happen. |

Trioby BruBComment: Very nice rendering! Full of interesting shapes due to your wonerful lighting. May need a bit more of the bottom of the closest glass. |

Heanenly Trioby LENWOODBLUZComment: Moody and mysterious. A slight bit of keystoning, but it doesn't hurt this composition at all. |

Good Eatinby TimboMacheteComment: Nice idea and original. MAke it better by having a larger size and by a reddish glow to the charcoal. |

3rdby sherComment: Nice find - looks pretty old. Your image doesn't have much impact for me. |

three leftby ursulaComment: This works really well in black and white; there is another three-seeds-left image in color as I'm sure you've noticed. In any event - you've done a good job of meeting the challenge with a well composed and exposed bit of nature. |

"All Ears"by tfarrell23Comment: Nice idea - an original threesome. I like the slightly diagonal composition, but think it feels "crowded." That could be corrected by not using the basket at all and leaving more room on the sides. I also think the background would give you more "pop" if it was a brighter white instead of the blotchy magenta. Thanks for sharing. |

Dandelion with Seedsby e301Comment: Exceptional! That black background makes the seeds really sparkle. Your exposure is perfect. I'd like to see it just a tiny bit more diagonal, but that is a very minor point. You stopped down enough to make the entire image sharp as a tack. Overall a very strong contender. |
