18 Inch Headacheby labudsComment: Ha! Great positioning of the crescent wrench - and using it as a tool to demonstrate DoF! It's also a perfect demonstration of multiple sources of light - exposure is perfect on the model and the prop. Black background a real winner. This should finish well above the pack. |

Bed Of Mellowsby ConcreteDonkeyComment: Where's the campfire? Good repeating pattern - pastel colors make it work nicely. Focus falls off in the forground and far background - so it does show your entire "in focus" area. I'm curious as to your lens and aperture selection. |

moloby slonkoComment: Splendid - and someone who does indeed know how to demonstrate a deep DoF. Nice composition and muted colors make this wwork very well.

Homesteadby davidbedardComment: A very pastoral scene (pun intended.) Nice subtle colors in a good composition. Without something closer to the lens, it's not really a good example of deep DoF.

The long trail homeby fstopopenComment: Ah - the classic "S" curve. Great composition and exposure. Make it better by add something on the path at the far end (model in a colored jacket?) |

Happy Geese come from Californiaby jbeazellComment: No - they are cows! This is a techical gem - great composition, exposure and focus. The paster-like colors are very pleasing. Without something closer to the lens, it's a bit weak for showing deep Dof - but I still like it! |

Skate-O-Ramaby DefyTimeComment: I like the movement in the skaters - gives it a good feel. Lighting is very interesting as is the slit composition. As far as deep DoF goes, you got a little close to the bannister at the bottom to make it really effective. |
