Screen Doorby basia03Comment: SUPERB - but you have a problem. The screen does not show in the thumbnail - I sure hope they don't vote you down because of it! The small "flaws" in the screening are perfect! Great composition, lighting - and of course - idea. Good luck. |

Basil's best friend....by agwrightComment: A very nice submission with excellent lighting. I'd suggest rotating the tomato so that the end of the stem was hidden. Water drops are a great touch. |

Notepad Leaves by arpitaComment: EXCEPTIONALLY ARTISTIC! Your lighting could not be better. It's sure to be in the top ten but I do have two minor suggestions: 1) Remove the border and 2: Come up with a better title for the final image (you probably need the title here to satify the DPC voters!) GREAT JOB!!! |

Free Service & Tune Up With Rebateby browntComment: I really like this. Your composition and lighting are superb. It may not be an "everyday object" for some - but it works for me. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is to remove the slight magenta cast and make the background a pure white. |

Hair Dryerby chookieComment: Excellent concept. The hair is gorgeous - both in color and texture. The really hot areas on the hands and hair dryer really hurt the image. |

Bizarre Beverageby Spanish_GreaseComment: Very graphic and nicely done. Don't think you need the area below the glass and above the border - although it would be a perfect spot for text. |

Everyday lifesaverby ChezComment: This image has so much potential - it is a classic "layering" of colors in nature. The breaking of the layers by the vertical pole and life saver is a perfect touch. But, and in this case it's a big but... the crooked horizon pretty much ruins the effect. Do it again being very careful with the horizon - you will like it much better. |
