Concave or Convex?by GeneralEComment: Re your title, You pays your money and you takes your choice. I like this. it is so warm to look at. Perhaps on a hot day, it might not be so welcome. |

The Orange Obeliskby drgsoellComment: This is a startling image. Can it be true? It certainly looks it. The contrast between the blue sky and the pillar is very telling, and the rather drab colour of the soil and rocks throw it into sharp relief. Very good. I also like the fact that it is confined to the left hand third of the picture. |

what is orangeby lakritstrollComment: Very clever play on colours. Did you know what the results would be when you took it? I wonder. It is taken on rather unromantic yellow lines in the road, and yet it really has something. |

Penny Candyby crabappl3Comment: A mouth-watering picture. Nicely arranged. Not looking at all contrived. Clean and uncluttered. Just enough head-room, any more would have meant that half the picture would be empty. I like this. What happened to all the goodies? |

The Colour of Peaceby NatatorComment: This is probably more saffron than orange, but it is OK with me. Wonderful perspective, takne, as far as I can tell from exactly the right viewpoint. Excellent. |

Sun Over Haji Ali Mosqueby VivecaComment: This is a beautiful silhouette. i suppose it is orange, though it looks a bit yellowy to me. But orange comes in all shades, and since I have actually eaten oranges of exactly this colour, how can I argue. |

I Couldn't Resistby dsawchukComment: Nobody can accuse you of picturing an orange, This is ingenious and a good way to dodge the rules legitimately. Well-done. |

Pop Topby pcodyComment: Split-second timing here. Well-done. Perhaps if the drink had been an orange-juice, it would have had more impact. Still the orange lid is a strong feature, and quite dramatic. |
