I love sunrises and sunsets too and I like the extreme saturation and intense colors of this one. Not your every day image. I like the progression of red to purple to blue. It might be interesting, also, to use the same image with a different crop - as a panorama - cropping it just below the diagonal twigs on the tree on the right (just under the dark line of the cloud that goes all across the image, and a little of the black on the bottom... just a thought..

Your macro work is absolutely amazing. I love the detail on the face - looks somewhat like a grumpy but loveable old man... not the sort of description I would normally apply to a butterfly... hmmm, ever thought of writing a children's story - this could be the inspiration..
