I really like the textures and tones you have achieved in this image. I find it very interesting that the padlock remains at an angle, although it looks as though it hasn't actually been used in a very long time. There are no scrape marks along the neck of the lock to indicate it has been opened and closed frequently. I wonder how long it has defied gravity? Very good job!! |

Fascinating image! The doors are beautiful and you have captured the texture of the carvings very well. the reflections in the glass, far from being distracting, create an additional dimension of interest. |

What an interesting find! I assume the door opens onto a stairwell, but it looks like a charming hidden entrance for children. The house numbers and the coleus add to the mystery and charm. |
