Wow- I like this. I have no idea what it is a picture of, but as I stare at it I keep thinking I see faces, animals, assorted parts of the body, flowers, etc. It's like one of those ink-blot tests. Good luck!

Very nice photo. I like the framing and the detail in this shot. Nice exposure on the snow too. This is one of my top picks for this challenge. My only negative criticism is that the framing at the top of the shot feels a little awkward, but I can't quite figure out why. Maybe the crop is too tight? Or maybe it is the perspective of being at eye level with the lake. Anyway, good luck!

Technically, this image is fine- good focus and exposure. Artistically, it doesn't appeal to me. The brown carpet doesn't make a very good backdrop. A head on, centered shot is kind of dull here, and the subject matter is not all that interesting. Try getting creative with the angle you are shooting at or the lighting to add some punch to the picture.
