Measuring Shapeby graphicfunkComment: Funny thing that..... I had this pegged as one of yours when I first saw it, mentioned it to a friend and after a careful study of the image, we both agreed that there was NO WAY this was yours, since there were things in the image that we know full well you would normally have taken care of.
Congrats on your placement Dan, and thanks for throwing me off... hehehehe. The image is indeed quite good, it's just that ... well you know.

thecanyon4me by Brent_WardComment: This is an absolutely breathtaking image. I gave it a well deserved 10 and in all likelyhood would have voted it even higher had I been given an opportunity to do so. I shall assume by the lighting that you took this image in the latter part of the day.
Stunning capture that makes me want to pay a visit to your part of the world. I remain confident that an image of this quality posted of a travel brochure would entice people to visit the Canyonlands National Park... I know it does for me, and I will.

unconditionalby tateComment: A stunning photo that is indeed reflective of motherhood. The tiny hand reaching up truly depicts the helplessness of the child and the critical need for a mother's attention.
This is one of the highest rating photographs I have seen in this challenge, and I wish you well. |

Night Powerby vtruanComment: This photo truly warranted a much higher placing than 142nd out of 222 entries. It was one of my highest rated photographs of the challenge and I firmly believe it should have placed in the top 10.
Keep on plugging......you are doing great.

Unexpected Visitor by scalvertComment: Yep... had this one pegged. Great job Shannon. I gave this a much higher score than the average you received, and had it picked as a winner. Congratulations on a well earned ribbon.

asleep on the jobby BeetleComment: Originally posted by kpriest: Wow Karin - I never saw this before either. I love it! And you weren't robbed, you were a victim of Woody Discrimination! Believe me, I know.
Great job on this. Now I will find myself yanking the fridge door open real quick every night just to check. :) |
Funny thing, that.... I have been doing the same thing Ken... and my woody has suffered the effect of all that cold.
