I have taken so many pictures of buildings, looking up at them from the ground, ... as recently as two days ago. I always fall in love with the photo and fail to realize it's just another building from the ground. Well executed, but subject lets you down.

This is an absolutely lovely family photo. If I knew the people in the photo, it could become a treasured photo. Your title implies an ending, which would be superbly sad. But I don't know the people or understand the context, and without that, it is less significant to me. Standing alone in the voting, I fear it will not score up to your emotional hopes for it.

Fibonacci would be proud. As a math guy, I can appreciate it. The degree of difficulty here is fairly high and you pulled it off vry well. But as an observer of your photo, I find it doesn't hold my interest.

Very nice composition, colors, saturation, focus, ... This feels like a painting to me ... maybe an impressionist, Gaugan perhaps? ... but the editing has taken it beyond the realm of a photograph. It will certainly have a strong following, but not a wide one I fear.
