Body Partsby JaybugComment: Love the foreground/background shapes here. I am reasonably sure the soft focus is intentional. Maybe try a little crisper and a little softer to see if either improves the image. It might be in between better focus treatments. |

The Ultimate Body Partby scarbrdComment: This bothers me. Don't get me wrong, it's a fine photo, well composed, executed and processed. In and of itself, it is a respectful treatment of what many would consider a holy religous ritual. Maybe what bothers me is that the title seems to cheapen the underlying ritual and its symbolic importance for Christians. In any event, it stopped me in my tracks and made me look and think long and hard before commenting. |

A Universe Withinby AlexbalixComment: It is certainly out of the box (which I usually like). Thanks for being willing to take risks. But this one makes me want to turn away. |

chops by escapetoozComment: A well executed photo technically ... comp, color, focus, et al. But subject leaves me cold. It's good enough to appear in a magazine or billboard or newspaper ad, for the just right product and with the right words overlayed. Or I could see it in a contemporary gallery as part of a collection. Second best tongue in the challenge, but I digress :) |

Untitled #3by wagsfxComment: Can't find any human body parts. Unless I'm just missing a person hidden among the dolls, DNMC. |

Legsby the99Comment: Looks like the tall alien at the end of Close Encounters. Nice lines. Nice diagonal. The implied emaciation bothers me. |

THE ARTISAN'S HANDby imagesbytlpComment: Looks like a gothic novel rendition of an oil worker's hands or a plumber's hands. Not an artisan's hands. In any event, terrific for the genre. |

Aloe and Onionsby cnuicuComment: Your photos will score higher if you turn the date function off on your camera. |

Out of the box?by OdedComment: Clearly out of the box for a good long time. Technically a fine photo (focus, comp, brightness and contrast, and it does carry an emotional payload). But I'm struggling with the subject matter. No one wants a true accounting of where their breakfast sausage comes from (speaking metaphorically - unless you live in China). |
