Probably get killed on the score for this one.

My son's First Communion on Saturday. We are very proud.
My first shoot with my new Canon 70-200 F4L IS. Nice lens.

very good OOB entry. wished this was in b/w, color does nothing for the image while b/w had probably created more impact

Great exposure and crispness - I think it may have more of a personal appeal than a public one? Great expression though.

This bothers me. Don't get me wrong, it's a fine photo, well composed, executed and processed. In and of itself, it is a respectful treatment of what many would consider a holy religous ritual. Maybe what bothers me is that the title seems to cheapen the underlying ritual and its symbolic importance for Christians. In any event, it stopped me in my tracks and made me look and think long and hard before commenting.

Comment only. I still think this is a brilliant idea David. I so hope this is scoring well for you.
