Banzai Pipeline circa 2008by gliphixComment: Exceptional photo. Great to have a foreground subject in what would otherwise be a less interesting seascape. Sand/beach color is nicely complimentary with the break and ocean beyond. Texture of the wind blown break and the water there are neat. Well done. |

Winter Starby pidgeComment: The scene feels a little flat to me and there are artifacts around the sun (moon?) that bother me. I don't mind the lens flair but there seems to be a dark circle that corresponds roughly to the diameter of the rays. |
