Ok, I shoot this area very often.

Agreed with everyone, the trashbag is distracting, but if you go move it you'll probably scare the girl away. The white areas are a bit over exposed, and I think I would have cropped out the two windows, or included all the windows. The whole image should be rotated CCW a bit to make everything straight, well actually that wouldnt work either, you'd have to go down the steps to get level to get nice straight lines. Good time of the day.
