Remember Those Roaring 20's?by limerickComment: The gentleman in the middle is perfect. I love the tension created by his dapper apparel and dance-like posture in contrast with his dark eyes and serious expression. |

Good Ole Cubby gsalComment: Great photo. The high contrast really works, and I always like the high-detail wide-angle shots that give a real sense of perspective. The border puts me off, though, especially because it reminds me of a modern movie played on a 4:3 screen--not so consistent with the forgotten/old-timey theme of this challenge. |

Forgotten Floridaby ThatChickOverThereComment: this is great! I love the framing, and the high detail plus the flat look of the photo gives it an old-timey feel that really works. Looks like it could be a photo from a 1950s National Geographic. |

SHAYby jwillertonComment: a good photo of an attractive model - but looks a bit too much like stock photography to stand out in a challenge like this |

October on Loch Voilby geewhyComment: the reflections in this image are exquisite - the water is like liquid metal. you did a nice job accentuating the colors without making them garish; they are strong without being overwhelming. |

Fighter number 1by TOYComment: great shot - her expression makes her look wary, and like you caught her slightly off guard - the position of the hands is perfect to express the motion of wrapping her fists |

The Pondby BradComment: landscapes like this, which capture the complexity of a landscape while being structured with simple geometry, always appeal to me. looks like particularly good results for a midday photograph. |

O N Eby BradComment: wow, now that's some shallow DOF. love the bokeh and the minimalism. your boldness in the use of a larger border is refreshing. |
