Rain dropby Fibre OptixComment: good use of stopped motion. only gripe is the grainy background--and with NeatImage (a free program) getting rid of it would have been a snap. NeatImage is your friend! |

Fury Illuminatedby jperez1690Comment: wow, what a creative way to show the rain. great capture and framing. just for your hardware's sake, I hope that water was on a piece of plexiglas or something, and not on your camera! |

heres my entry, score it highby CorySmithComment: this picture is so silly... and your poor kid looks like a drowned (and exasperated..."why am I doing this again?..") rat... and I must admit the cheeky title is probably going to make me score you higher :) |

On The Rocks?by datcatComment: Ah, I know all about the handheld lighting biz. But it pays off to put in the effort, and it's nice to be rewarded by the voters for it. I like this picture, in part because I have such a hard time understanding the whole (even when I can make out the parts just fine), because the materials involved and their apparent relationships to each other just dazzles my mind. (whew) |

Leaning Corinthiansby XileboComment: cool picture, but I think that the distortion caused by the perspective of this photo does not represent an illusion. |

San FranLEGOby bvoiComment: I gather that the "lego" is meant to refer to the jaggies on the edges of the skyline. I do not think that this represents a real illusion. |
