Dancer/Musician's Hands

Very engaging and open image. Perfect lighting and moment of capture. Only on the third go-around did I realize that it's "musician" and not "magician", and decided to go with the latter anyway.

Visually lush and emotionally moving, no pun intended. The lavish overlay, often an impediment for me, heightens the mood as sort of muffled fireworks. The hand is bold yet minimal. A work of art. A personal co-favorite in the challenge.

Wonderful, evocative image. The hand is certainly centrally located, and crucially important, yet is beautifully integrated into the whole. The range of blue tones is very pleasing. I find the object, fabric, I believe, to the left of the hand to be visually cumbersome. Perhaps it's a visual transition or place-keeper, don't know, maybe a handkerchief, but beyond my ken. All in all, a tour de force. Personal co-favorite of the challenge.
