Hells bells

Very interesting and unusual image. Striking (no pun intended) in many ways, including the pleasing disposition of the bells, the perspective and the weird sense of depth. I love the washed out feel. And yet these bells must be capable of a resounding clangor. It's also kind of like you're looking up into a rocket -- that'd be loud.
Personal second favorite of the challenge.

This could have been boring but it's far from it. The drummer is taut and involved, glistening with perspiration. The green highlights are great counterpoints to the darkness of the stage. It's as if music is emanating from the image itself. And I admire his fortitude, keeping the beat while being attacked by a cymbal.

Many components adding up to a compelling image. The claustrophobia and restlessness of imprisonment are portrayed in gut-wrenching, visceral fashion. The ghostly man has his face covered, which adds to the sense of uneasiness. The window leaning against the wall is like a useless, unreal door. The stark environment is perfect. I'm unsure about the clock. Without it, which imho would improve the photo, I would think that the noise was in his mind, but something is surely to be gained by amplifying the passage of time. Perhaps if the clock were as translucent as the figures that sense of it being so flagrantly real could be mitigated. Just a thought.
