Great idea, poor lighting (could be the grayscale conversion). The lighting will keep this out of the top 10, but it really had potential.

You've got a good subject here, but you didn't really DO anything with it. The keys are good, but centering them on a plain white background isn't very compelling. Maybe on a stack of bills or interesting marble, with warm light coming from the side?
