I don't think that painterly effect suits this image very well. Sky and upper part of the sea is ok (1/3 of the upper part). A 6 from me

The picture is nice, nice clouds, calm sea, good looking sailboat.
Why did you do a cross processing of those colors like that? It ruins much of the picture. I will give you a 6 (but would vote 8 if those colors were different)
