Police Lineupby TooCoolComment: I would have given it a 4 or 5. The challenge stated "whole words", and I don't see any, and the selective desaturation gimmick doesn't help this photo in any way.

Good old Red White And Blueby TikicharmComment: The red, white, and blue is kinda going against the spirit of the challenge, and you'll probably get lots of "not the water drop thing again" comments (I know that I did when I tried it), but I like the pic. |
