Don't sweat the votes of the masses, keep producing good work like this and be happy with it. I gave it a 7, strong, crisp, clean, precise, with enough mystery to keep it from being banal. If everyone dosen't get it it means you might be on the right track. Art is not supposed to be easy.

PS I almost never give out 1,2,9,or 10, so 7 is top twenty in my book.

I think this would have been more everyday , and more graphically pure without the signature. well lit, godd colors, but I would hold that a baseball signed by a player is more extraordinary than everyday.

If you want attention paid to the cookies, minimize the backround. Here the backround draws the eye away from your subject. You don't need a fancy backdrop, just clear some counter space over by the coffee maker, drag over a desk lamp for more dramatic lighting and you have a cleaner shot. They do look tasty, but your setup hurt your score.
