I think the heavy frame overpowers the image. I really like the hint of grain. Nice sepia conversion. :) Me again. I'm negating the fact that the border is thick. I've looked this a dozen more times and am going to up my score. I'm not going to erase the original stuff, so you'll know how much I've gone back and forth. Upping to an 8

I like this one but to me, the crop is too tight. Any time you see animals in a grazing situation, unless it is really filling the frame, I think part of the countryside needs to be included. The shadow tones are particularly dark which might seem a bit forced to some. :) I gave it a 6. )

I don't always like foreground bokeh, but knowing that we are peering through the fence just adds to the sense of the baseball game. Terrific stop action. The red shirts and helmet all tie together nicely against that vivid green background. This is really good. It's like a window into early summertime. :) 8
