Outhouse Flowersby madison461Comment: This would be a perfect time to use single color saturation on one of the flowers. As it is now, it seems a bit busy to me. Maybe crop out some of the foliage and zoom in on the center blossom. You could up the contrast a little as well. Hope this helps. |

Mild or Hot?by HawesPhotoKCComment: I think this is so abstract that the eye has a hard time figuring out what it is. The focus and lighting are fine, but maybe if it were shot from a different angle, it might be more effective. |

Fairy Wandby EvaanComment: This is almost like a sparkler of water droplets! I like the muted golden tone in the background. To my eye, it needs a tad more sharpness but I like the simplicity of it very much. The red at the bottom adds a nice touch of contrast to the otherwise monochromatic theme. |

"Howdy Folks!"by ebertdjComment: Looks like he's waving doesn't it. This is a nice tight shot with a good bit of contrast. If it were me, I'd alleviate part of the white above and to the right. |

shine a little lightby thorgilsComment: This would be really well done if the colors were vibrant and it was in focus. The prism effect off the left is a nice touch, but overall... sharpness would be the key. |

21 Grams (of lost data)by Art RoflmaoComment: Close ups of technical items don't hold alot of interest for me. I think if you could zoom in tighter on one component, it might have more WOW factor. But maybe your camera doesn't have that capability. I certainly understand that. |

Feather at sunsetby spaque99Comment: Very linear and simple. The shades of gold on the feather due to the lighting is quite convincing. I see it in a contemporary setting with a simple frame. |

Lovely Lady in Pinkby VanGoghComment: Beatiful colors. Nice shadowing and not harsh lighting, but the overall effect doesn't have the crisp detail I'm lookiung for in a macro. Maybe work on the sharpness a bit. |

Washday bluesby geewhyComment: I missed this the first time I was perusing the challenge. I like this alot. I remember hanging clothes on the line! The sepia is a perfect filter. Nice use of shadow and focus on the main clothespin. I wish it were a larger picture though. |

"B"by sofapComment: The shadow on the morning glory is a nice touch, but the overall photograph is blurred. I wish it were in focus. I'd crop out the leaves tne concentrate on the bug and beautiful purple variations in the flower. |
