Feeling The Jazzby frumoazniculComment: From a glance, I thought it was Fidel Castro on the keyboard!! Nice angle to the shot. The contrast is definitely there. I like the movement of his fingers and the appearance that he's singing. The lighting is well done too. |

Bathing In Lightby BaldurTComment: This is definitely high contrast but the angle is a bit awkward to me. I'd like to see a full profile or a straight on shot. Horses have such interesting anatomy - I'd like to see more of it in this imaget. The shadowing under his chin is good and the light from one side is helping to create the contrast you are looking for, but it falls a tad short for me since he's "slimmed down" by the angle of the shot. 7 |

The 'Support' Firefighterby saintaugustComment: I like the candid sense of this. The "do not cross" tape makes your eye go from side to side and ties in with the yellow of their hats. The contrast of the water against the dark background works as well. Looks like something you'd see in Life magazine. |

Deconstruction (Falls)by RikkiComment: I like the angular sense of this. Nice contrast between the scuplture white and the blue sky. Also the golden tone of the building below adds to the opposing colors. The pink of the shirt adds a nice pop of color and helps ground the shot. |

Vantageby aznymComment: I like the leading line of this. The graininess of it is interesting and the human element amidst the architectural is always appealing to me. Nicely done. |

Lake Michiganby sbeaumontComment: Nice leading line here. The contrast is there not only in light and dark tones but the contrast between the rocky edge and the smooth water. |

Eden's Doorby rexComment: Architectural shots are always appealing to me. I like the contrast of the brick with the wood and the coloration as well. The varying shapes of the windows and doors make for an interesting image. I like the reflection in the upper window too. The fact that it's not quite level with the bottom adds to its appeal. |

Earl's Shadowby muur88Comment: I like the graphic urban sensibility of this shot. The movement of the guy walking down the street is caught mid stride. Definitely high contrast. |

Durham Cathedralby fredandaudComment: I like this alot. Turquoise is an interesting take on the castle but with the black detailing and the white sky, I definitely think the contrast works. The angle of the shot is interesting from the ground up. I like the angular geometry of the architecture. |

Heaven Is A Factoryby danderson107Comment: This is very vivid and the contrast is there. With it being mostly clouds and not the expected color, it almost seems surreal to me. There is a slight sense of out of focus, but that's probably because of the cloudy subject matter. |
