September Fairylandby JunieMoonComment: Too bad you couldn't use a glow filter on this one - with the title and all. I like the old shack - it certainly suits the challenge criteria, but it lacks a little oomph. The colors are pretty and complimentary. Hmmm - I think it's the logs in the forground like your eye can't decide if it should rest there or on the building. The focus is good and it is a definitely well thought out effort. |

Blueby ankit0621Comment: I love simple shots like this. So graphic and the POW of the blue really works here. Deep cobalt glass is so eye catching in any environment and against the solid white - THAT's pinache!!! |

Shrouded Beautyby cardmaverickComment: Great DOF. I like this very much. The blurred stalks of grass in the foreground lead your eye up and then the yellow flower pops out. Nice. |

I come in peace...by f00bComment: Oh cool! I like the solid blue of the shot and the outstretched hand over the water. Very clever. Maybe a bit boring, but the idea is so original and the blues are so pretty, that it makes up for it. A for originality!!! |

afterthoughtsby CalliopeKelComment: Nice change of pace to have a good interior shot for this challenge. I love the softness. It almost seems to be from another era with the delicate graining. The tones of the flowers and greenery are lovely with the neutral tines of the vase and wall. Very nice indeed! |

Hollywoodby scottswanComment: This certainly fits the challenge, but just doesn't have much pinache. It's just a hill with some trees and a sign. Granted it is the most well known sign, but there's nothing to make me say WOW! Just got back from the area - I wish I were still there . |

Impactby jseyerleComment: Oh I like this alot!!!! The rule of thirds is perfectly executed here. The aqua blue of the water is intense and a great backdrop for the diving bird. Nice! |
