One of my favorite landscapes. The rich colors and beautiful reflection is quite a piece of eye candy. Did you use a wide angle? The rounding of the sky works so well and I love the puffs of cottony clouds as the cap to the grassy and treed ground. So nice!!

Wow - the intensity of the sun and the colors is quite striking. I love the single fisherman in his boat. The silhouette is so detailed. The shimmery water has so much color in it and the gold of the reflection - WOW

I like this very much. The leading line is well achieved. The rich blues with the hints of brown work so well as complementary colors. You couldn't have created better clouds for this shot. 8

I love the urban sense of this. The lighting is spot on. The tilted angle of the chair and the unparallel horizon enhances the mood of the forgotten piece of furniture. 8

Very pretty. The simple cool blues and whites make for a lovely image. It's like the sky is opening up! Nice use of lighting as well.

Canada's Phallus

This is really interesting and I like the parallel horizontal quality of the Canadian flag and the needle. Great ground up effect. The focus is just so crisp and the contrast between the red and white of the flag and the rich blue of the sky has that WOW factor. I like this alot. The light flar give that final bit of zing to the shot. 8

I just love the red backdrop. the DOF is good but the focus seems to be a bit stronger on the pilon than on the cat. His eyes are a standout and his blue black coat is great against the backdrop of the old wood. 8

I really like the tone on tone that this photo has. The textures and colors of the rocks are almost identical to the one of the big cat. I love his relaxed pose. This image has a softness to it which I really like. Spot on!!!

Dawn Patrol - 34th Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta

Not only is this balloons, but a night shot as well! Really nicely done. I love that they are little spots of color up in the evening sky. Great composition and lighting. Your eye just follows them all the way up to that final one at the top of the photo. Good one.

Not Just A Corner - My Whole World

This is one of those "make you feel good" shots. The natural innocent pose is wonderful. I love the glow in the eyes. Sepia is a fine choice for filters too as it gives a timeless mood and warms up that already cozy feeling even more. The one directional lighting bounces off of the face perfectly. I don't even mind the piping on the cushion behind the head - as it serves as a frame to the face.
