I just stumbled across this in your portfolio. Wow - I really like so many things about it. Of course the image really grabs you with the cool blue tones, but I think it's the hands. They are so telling and I love their softness - like one of someone relatively young. But I think what I love most is how you tied this photo into the title - one of Chopin's most beautiful and well recognized pieces. The lighting in combination with the filter is most effective and creates a mood of mystery and a sense of incognito, as we can only see the midriff and her hands. Nice!!!

I love this one of all the recent uploads. The pencil as the divider of the face is realy cute. Great crisp clarity on the face and eyes. Great DOF. Natural, yet it has enough forethought that it doesn't appear as a mere snapshot.

Nice crisp image. Good coloration as well. I like that the jewelry is blurred - it's usually distracting in a shot, but as it is, I like it. The lighting is excellent and the 3/4 profile pose works well here.

I like the symmetry. I think for it to work perfectly, the focus should be tack sharp and I don't sense that. Good idea though.

I love the evening sense or maybe it's early morning. I wish the red of the building were brighter, but considering the light, that's understandable. The placement of the 3 boats in the shot is beautiful and the water leads you through the photo. Nice!! 8

I like this very much. I wonder if there is a way to enrich the tonality of it without it being too dark. Hmmm - just a thought. I love the gray cloudy sky. Almost has a forboding sense to it. The single bare tree is great. 8

I love the idea of this but when I think of landscape, I feel like it needs some land. This is more of a sky shot in my opnion. I like the silhouette and the dusty blue sky though.
