Sunday Afternoon on the Boardwalkby DiComment: Very bright midday sun, not very flattering as it causes harsh shadows. Also, looks very "snapshot", not composed and thought out. |

Basement bluesby lytaComment: Whites are blown, light is harsh, no detail in the dark areas. A more even lighting and perhaps fill-flash would have corrected those problems. That being said... this image still does not say "Family" - only laundry. |

Exposing Their Loveby TDCollinsComment: Exposed being the key phrase here - or uhmmm over-exposed. The bright lighting is distracting from what seems to be a very touching image. Still doesn't really say "family", but does speak of love. |

4.75by ImagineerComment: Very sweet composition and lovely family story, though its painfully over-lighted. The skin tones are blown on each subject. I would suggest a reshoot with softer light as I'm sure this family would cherish it forever. |

Disorder in the Familyby LokiComment: Ouch! Whites are quite blown. I love the expression of the guy in the middle and the family dynamics can be seen quite well here :) |
