Sunset Walkby RolandBComment: This is an awesome shot. Perfect timing and wonderful composition. I love the placement of the giraffe in the frame and the way the sky fills the shot. |

Roebling Bridge at Nightby jpetersComment: Hey..I know that place :) Nice shot of the bridge. Those home games are killers for skyline shots....really hard not to blow out that section with the lights. I'd like to get down there and take some more Cincinnati shots. |

At the showby GunnsiComment: I really like this natural shot a lot. Just a nice, great focus and dof, portrait of a serious looking expression. |

Roebling Bridge Silhouetteby jpetersComment: Stunning shot. The tones are just wonderful and the sillouette is great. Bright lights under the bridge on the right just a bit distracting. Maybe darken them a bit? The photo really caught my eye under the recent uploads.
I have a sillouette shot of the same bridge

On Safariby SJCarterComment: Originally posted by cmeier: so i've read the comments of others and looked at this for a long time and i think the presence of the zebra makes the shot. in my mind's eye, i see the photographer taking the time to carefully compose the zebra in the shot when this ostrich pops his head up just as he/she presses the shutter.
i think it's hysterical! |
I agree with that comment. One of those shots that makes you laugh out loud. I just love the "expression" on his face. |

Muybridge.jpgby pottersclay75Comment: This is pretty cool. I'm not familiar with the more famous one you mentioned, but the idea is interesting. In this small of a format, it's a little harder to see the detail in so many smaller shots, but it looks like a great series. Looks like a lot of work to get that background in! |

Reachingby BeetleComment: I came back to bump this one up, which I really don't do very often. Perfect feathery feel and the simplicity of this one makes it a standout IMO. |
