A Cold Winters Mornby JawnyRicoComment: Ahhh....Ohio does have its moments :) If you like snow shots, we should be in luck this weekend huh? This is so beautiful. I can understand why you wanted to take many shots and capture just the right feeling. Nicely seen, photographed and edited. Not as crazy about the heavy border, however. Nice finish and score out of a large field of wonderful shots. |

Milly Graceby SandyPComment: Beautiful dog, great expression. I think the lighting really helps you here with a nice soft sheen to her coat and just enough to give a perfect black on black exposure. Cute dog, but very well done shot. |

Just the Two of Us by scalvertComment: Love the story and the photo turned out beautifully. Very peaceful quality to it, and of course the blues are always appealing. Glad to see your efforts pay off in a great way...not just with the ribbon, but with a wonderful photo in its own right. |

A Winter Afternoon by orvaratliComment: I love looking at this shot. The clean feel of the blues and the white, the warm feel of the window lights, the serene setting and the perfect presentation all come together in a stunning shot. Congratulations. |

Saving A Few Bucksby vxpraComment: Great first entry! A lot to take in and some thoughtful details went into the set up. I might have arranged a few less tools and made them more obvious. I tend to like a more simple look to a photo and it appears you were right at the edge of trying to do too much with this shot. |

The Morning Runby vxpraComment: I love how you got right in front of the train. The straight on angle works perfectly for that "coming down the tracks" feeling. This looks like it could have been taken 50 years ago. |
