7. brunchby PennyStreetComment: I like this very much. The motion blur everywhere and in the same time some stilled objects like the trouser and the plate. The bright colours are nice as well. Great shot! |

6. city smartsby PennyStreetComment: The nice thing about this image is you have to take your time to give it a good look to find out what's on it. I did and at last saw what I was looking at, especially that dark area in the middle. |

5. smiles are contagiousby PennyStreetComment: Although focus doesn't seem spot on (his right arm looks in focus) and his coat shows some weird noise, this image is brilliant. You took it on exact the right time, catching that guy with that wonderful smile twice! Well done! |

MJO_7429by MattOComment: Good action shot, I like it the way the background bokeh helps to 'isolate' the player. That cather's glove is a nice detail as well. I think it's a pity the arms are covering part of the face, he must have a big smile on it when it is his second homerun. |

9 - Commuter with Child & Phoneby tvsometimeComment: Typical image for this era. And her face reveals happiness and all (just kidding). I like the use of backlight in here, even when it means looking at those dirty windows as well (or is it rain?). |

Santa Cruz Islandby GermaineComment: I agree with kasaba, a slightly lighter (or darker) sky might have given this image another dimension. But still an almost dreamy atmosphere in it, lovely. |

Anacapa Passageby GermaineComment: I like the composition, the two land masses and in between a tiny wee boat. How lonely can you be on sea?! |

Braedon and his Auntby GermaineComment: Nice family portrait, the b&w, processing and border place this image around the nineteenfifties. Lovely. |

Well Red...by thrumyiisComment: Almost the same, but also completely different. With the sharper focus it puts this one in another time and dimension. The light painting worked really well, I think you did a marvellous job on that glass. Beautiful. |

Bookwormby thrumyiisComment: What a lovely image, exactly what I had in mind for the 'Begins with a B...' challenge. Never did it though, basicly because of a lack of attributes. Really wonderful, that ancient atmosphere, the light. Great shot! |
