This particular one is just so special. It gives off good vibes but I guess having a sister makes it that much easier to understand the goodness of this. :)

The colors are very pretty. But for some reason it looks like the focus didn't lock on this. There is no defined sharp area. You may have been a little too close. To compensate you may want to move back until you hear or see the focus lock. When seeing something like this you tend to want to get as close as possible to get the little details but the lens can only focus to a certain point. Just a helpful suggestion since I see you are new to your camera. :) It was a mistake I made for a little bit too and can be frustrating when you don't know why it's happening. I'm glad you joined this side challenge. It's loads of fun and there are great tips to be shared. :)

Cool! I'm always on the lookout for different B&W conversion techinques. I'll have to give that a try. This looks great! She sure looks peeved though. Doesn't she know what a great job she has being able to be outside in the fresh air all day instead of some fluorescent light cubicle maze? I can just feel the rays of warm sunlight. :)
